### Getting Started with Money Flex AI

Money Flex AI turns one photo into a short AI video with the effect you pick. You pay for what you make; current prices are on the [pricing page](https://moneyflex.app/pricing).

#### 1. Pick an effect

Each effect turns your photo into one kind of short video. The sample video on its page shows what you will get. Browse every effect on the [effects page](https://moneyflex.app/effects).

#### 2. Upload a photo

Tap **Upload a photo** and choose one from your phone or computer. What works best:

- **One person, face clearly visible**, looking at the camera, not cut off at the edge.
- **Good light**, no heavy filters or blur.

Only upload photos you have the right to use, and ask before you animate someone else.

#### 3. Generate

The button shows the credits before you tap it. A video usually takes a few minutes. You can close the page; it keeps going, and the video appears in [My videos](https://moneyflex.app/my-creations) when it's done.

Credits pay for the work the AI does for you. **Every button shows how many credits it will use before you tap**, and downloading your videos is always free.

#### Where to check your balance

- **On the effect page**, the button shows the cost and your balance is in the account menu.
- **On the [credits page](https://moneyflex.app/settings/credits)**, you'll find every credit you've received or used, and when each batch expires.

#### When credits expire

- **Monthly plans** add credits each billing period; unused credits expire at the end of that period.
- **Yearly plans** add a month's credits every month.
- **Credit packs** are valid for one year from purchase.

When you spend credits, the batch that expires soonest is used first.

### Failed Videos and Refunds

#### If a video fails, your credits come back

Credits are taken when you tap **Generate**. If the video can't be made (the AI service is busy, the request times out, or the result is blocked), **its credits come back automatically so you can try again at no extra cost**. You don't need to contact us. You can see the returned credits on the [credits page](https://moneyflex.app/settings/credits).

#### Long waits

Most videos are ready in a few minutes. If the AI service is busy it can take longer; you can leave the page and the video will appear in [My videos](https://moneyflex.app/my-creations). If a video hasn't finished after 40 minutes it is cancelled and its credits come back automatically.

#### Blocked photos and videos

Photos, descriptions and results that break our [Acceptable Use Policy](https://moneyflex.app/acceptable-use-policy) are refused. A refused photo or description never uses credits; a refused result is never shown and its credits are returned.

#### Refunds for payments

#### Things to check before posting

- **The people in the photo.** Only animate people who agreed to it, and never use a video to mislead, harass or impersonate someone.
- **Photos you upload.** Only upload photos you took or have the right to use.
- **Copyright of AI videos.** In many countries purely AI-generated content may not be protected by copyright on its own. If exclusivity matters, add your own creative work on top and check local law.

**How long does it take to make a video?**

Usually a few minutes. It runs in the background, so you can leave the page; the video appears in My videos.

**My video failed. Did I lose my credits?**

No. If a video fails, its credits come back automatically so you can try again at no extra cost.

**What kind of photo should I upload?**

One clear photo of one person, face visible and looking at the camera, in good light.

**What format are the videos? Do they have sound?**

MP4, about 5 seconds, without sound. Add music when you post it in TikTok, Reels or CapCut.

**Can I use the videos commercially?**

Yes. See the Commercial use and copyright article for what to check before posting.

**How do I cancel my subscription?**

Go to Settings → Billing and cancel. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
